At the start of 2022, Minyum Capital partnered with Think Multifamily, the largest multifamily syndicator in the country. By expanding our footprint into new markets and larger asset classes, investment opportunities are now being made available to new investors!
What We Do: Minyum Capital is a real estate investment firm, focused on syndicating multifamily assets. Syndications allow investors to pool their funds to acquire large asset types (150+ units) that typically have more predictable returns, with the goal to 2x investors' contributions.
How We Do It: We find distressed assets in the fastest growing markets. We make strategic improvements to the property that have a direct impact on rental growth. Investors benefit from cash flow distributions throughout the life of the investment. Once improvements are finalized, the asset is sold and profits are distributed to the investors and partners.
What We Believe In: We believe achieving financial freedom is a critical point in our investors' lives, and presenting the best opportunities to our investors is our biggest responsibility in this partnership.
Where You Come In: As an investor, you'll be granted access to off-market opportunities to passively invest in. Our return goal is always to double your investment during the life of the project.
